1. What did you like about the book and why?
2. What was your favorite scene and why?
3. If your discussion group hosted a call in radio show and Madison called in to talk about her marriage problems, what advice would you each give her and why? (For fun, role-play this taking turns as the caller and the radio expert.)
4. Madison and Jay had a tie from the past. Describe it and tell why it still troubled her.
5. Read 1 John 1:9 from your Bible and then discuss how this kind of tie can be broken.
6. Tell the group something you learned or were reminded of as you read the book.
7. Were Madison's choices better than Natalie's choices and why?
8. Based on Natalie’s situation, what would you say to a friend caught in the same situation?
